4. Free Trial Cancellation

  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charges.
  • Auto-Renewal: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
  • Payment Method: A valid payment method is required to start a free trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

4.2 Trial to Paid Conversion

When your trial converts to a paid subscription:

  • You will be charged according to the selected plan.
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee period begins from the date of conversion.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with billing details.

5. Data Retention and Export

5.1 Data Access After Cancellation

After canceling your subscription:
